Total Awe

Photographing a totality is a little tricky. There are roughly 15 f stops of dynamic range from Baily's beads to earthshine. By bracketing over 11 stops, many moods of the eclipse become visible. At 1/4000th of s sceond, this fast shutter speed shows only the brightest portions of the totality.
